TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to the GDL TALENT website and online services (the ‘Site’), which offers English lessons and quizzes online. By visiting or using the Site or using any of our information, tools, features, and functionality (the “Services”) available on the Site, you are entering into a binding contract with GDL TALENT. Whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you visit the Site) or you are a “User” (meaning you have used the services on the Site.) The term “you” refers to a Visitor or a User. The terms “we, us and our” refers to GDL TALENT and its affiliates.

When you wish to use our Services, you must read this Agreement. This contract is essential and affects your legal rights, so please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Your Agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. It represents the contract between you and GDL TALENT concerning the Site (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.

To use the Services, you must be 18 or older and consent to these Terms. You must be able to enter into a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under applicable laws. You also certify that any registration information you submit to us is true, accurate, and complete. You consent to keep it that way at all times. Before continuing, you may print or save a local copy of this Agreement for your records.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT & TERMINATION

Periodically, we may change the Services and the Agreement at our discretion. At any time, we may discontinue part or all operation of the Services or selectively disable certain aspects of the Services or portions of the Site. Service changes or cancellations will be made at our discretion and without obligation or liability. Your use of the Site and Services do not entitle you to the continued provision or availability of the Site and Services.

When we make changes to the Agreement that we consider substantial, we will notify you through the Services or Site. You acknowledge your acceptance of the changes by continuing to use the Services after those changes get made. Your recourse upon dissatisfaction with the modified terms of use is to cease using the Services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or Services.

These Terms will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or GDL TALENT. We may terminate your access to our Services as deemed necessary at our discretion. If we suspend your access to the Services, you agree that we shall have no liability or responsibility to you.

We store candidate data electronically to manage your information and send your profile to companies to present you for potential job Opportunities.

Our digital storage is intended to keep your profile data safe and private. You can also see our privacy policy commitment on our website.

If you wish, you can ask us to delete your data from our system anytime by contacting us at info@gdltalent.com.
